Continuous random streaming without playlist
Posted: Tue Mar 22, 2011 2:14 pmI would like to see a streaming feature that'll randomly play songs from given directories (those different from the main music folders) without having to setup a playlist.
I envision having a separate section similar to podcasts but maybe "streams". I could setup a stream for Classical, one for General, one for Karaoke etc and access them via http://www.myserver.com/classical
This is a feature I've been waiting for and there's another product that comes close but it's so convoluted to deal with and Subsonic is so close to being perfect!
