Path setting in Android client

I changed from a Desire HD to a LG Optimus Speed with 8 GB internal RAM and discovered that my former SD Card is nearly useless because no app could be transfered here
Therefore my question: Is it possible to modify the client that the music buffer is now on the external SD Card?
I succeeded till now only with Titanium Backup because there is a possibility to select a path - I think this is the solution because you see the SD card as a directory
All I need is to set the path _ExternalSD\Subsoniccache
I think the same problem is for all users with a Samsung Galaxy
