TS video transcoding support

Transport Stream (.ts files) video transcoding to FLV support would be awesome.

I have many TV shows in HD encoded in the .ts format using the Hauppauge HD-PVR (H264/AVC+AC3), so the ability to stream these shows would be perfect. FFMPEG should be able to transcode, but I haven't figure out how to make it work through Subsonic.
