I'd like to add, that it would be very cool to be able to adjust some kind of limits or priorites for the user-groups e.g. "if user 1 is online users 2,3,4... have less bandwitdh / priority etc."

Bump this. For me, it would be sufficient to set limits pet user in such way that you can set which of shared folders specific user can on can not see.
