something like this would be great.

As it is right now when someone is downloading no other user can stream video cuz it just uses all the bandwidth.

1) a way to restrict downloading bandwidth
2) restrict to downloading music only
3) per account restrictions on downloading. (50k/s, 100k/s, etc)
4) show downloads under Now Playing on the side
