Transcode Downloads

It would be nice to have an option that if you download a file/album that it would transcode it so that it doesn't use as much bandwidth. This would be helpful for those of us with FLAC libraries. If we downloaded an album it would be nice to have the option to download it in MP3 instead of FLAC.
