I use Subsonic in my car with a Dell Streak in portrait mode - even given the size of the 5" display, the font can be small to read.

I've seen other posts looking for adjusted font sizes, different cover art size, etc. Would be great to have a layout designer in XML (or suitable alternative) to be able to specify the layout in each of the Android app tabs - support of themes on the mobile platform, if you like.

I use Subsonic in the car all the time and need a simple "Now Playing" screen with LARGE TEXT so you can see it at a glance. No need for the album cover. Just the song name and artist.

Is there an easy way to create your own templates?
