Podcast...Keep the last [X] episodes

I would like to be able to adjust the "keep" number a bit more, you have a drop down for 2,3,4,5 then 10 20 etc... I use it to download a podcast that comes in 6 blocks, so I need to obviously select the Keep 10 episodes, meaning that it always gets the 6 new ones and keeps 4 old ones...not a huge issue obviusly seeing as I can just skip the 4 old ones to get to the new, but I am sure there is a way to customize it to my 6.
