See existing Playlists while saving

Maybe another idea:
When you now save a playlist, it always fills in the last used name automatically, so when you're not paying attention and just hit 'save', it overwrites your last playlist while your intention was to create a new one.
So maybe it's possible to see a list with all existing playlists with the option to overwrite one of the playlists you already have or to see an empty field where you can fill-in a new name.
Did this make any sense with my great English skills?
