Feature request [Web UI Chat Updates]

If we could have the chat be a floating element that minimizes to the lower right corner it would free up a lot of space. OR we could give chat it's own page and link at the top like the "Home, Playing, Podcast, Settings, Status..." pages. Along with a feature that pops up in a bubble in the lower right when someone makes a chat post or starts playing a new song.
You would still get chat notifications no matter what page you are viewing.
What do you think?!
