Upgrading keeps playlists

I've noticed that when I upgrade versions that the installer removes the playlists folder from the Subsonic root directory. Can you modify your installer to not alter this folder? Fortunately, I have backups so I haven't lost my playlists but it could definitely be an inconvenience for other users. Thanks!
