DLNA redirect

I use subsonic all the time.
I would like to be able to get out of my car, while still
listening to music on my android phone. And when I enter my
home I could hit a button to have the stream redirected to a home
media player via dlna. So the same music would play aloud on my stereo
or sony bravia tv, or ps3, infact any dlna compliant device.
Or even automatically, by detecting my home wifi, so as I enter the
door, it would already be playing.

There are a great many apps that can remotely control dlna servers and devices.
So the integration in subsonic android app should not be impossible.
I believe that this should be the next logical step for subsonic.
