Personnally I like the player that's being used now. It supports MP4 but the only issue is MP4 files do not play well unless it is being transcoded into a crappy FLV file. Using the transcoder simply sucks to say the least as it does horrible things to the quality of the video. MP4 is easy to transcode video to and keeps a nicer picture at lower bitrates.
