To add to this maybe a music reorg function so folders and music can be organized within the interface on your storage drives and devices.
A "recycle bin" would be good to move files to before you commit the delete.

If you zip your music with the required directory structure it will unzip to the folders required.
As for the idea of a delete function within SS a definite -1 from me - too dangerous

I would love to have this feature, I dont use subsonic for music I use it for video, being able to delete stuff when im done with out having to FTP or SSH into my server constantly to clear up my collection, (after all why store stuff on your hdd when its you can download content faster that you can watch it).

I do think it should be a protected feature for example requiring an admin account only or you can select multiple items at once then you need a password to confirm deletion.
