Add to playlist should not interrupt current playback

I'm running : 4.6 (build 2585) – December 6, 2011

If I select a song in the current playlist and then select [in the drop down menu] 'add to playlist', I get the playlist list, I can select 'add' but then that playlist is loaded. This really interrupts the flow, you may want to create a new playlist from selections of other playlists or song by song from an album or something.
