Incomplete search results

When using the Search feature only a subset of possible (correct) results are returned, e.g. results returned for the Album field seem to be limited to 25 results (after selecting 'More'). Is it possible to adjust this threshold?

For example, I have all albums in their own directory named '[%year%] %album%' - so to find all the albums of a particular year I would like to search '%year%' or '[%year%]' to return the complete list. Currently this works except that the number of albums displayed is always limited to 25 (when the albums are fully indexed and are otherwise returned by a search).
