I've considered releasing SubFire onto the Samsung TV store, but I'll need to work on the UI's aesthetics a bit more to make it look a little less jquerymobile (but this is something I want to do anyways, after I make it a little more feature-complete).
My main issue right now is that, well, I don't actually HAVE a Samsung smart TV. The 32" I just picked up isn't a smart one, because I already have Chromecast, FireStick and older WDTV boxes for it.
While I know the UI should render and work, as it works perfectly fine on FireTV/Stick, I can not test it against Samsung's remote control, which is likely different from Amazon's as far as keyCodes and the like. But the app does package perfectly fine in PhoneGap. If I can find a friend who has one and can let me test on it, I'll see what I can do. I'll also see what emulators are out there.
SubFire however, only supports music. I have little interest in building out video capabilities, as my personal primary video-playing service is Plex. I feel Plex is better for video but Subsonic far better for music.
