Need to access SS Android client settings on new devices

Since Google announced last month that the "menu button is dead", the Subsonic Android client should be modified to use the action bar and not just the hardware menu button to access settings.

My wife has a new Toshiba Thrive tablet running Android 3.2.1, and it has no hardware menu button. Therefore, as it is, there is no convenient way to access the settings in the Subsonic Android client 3.3
