Podcasting: Username/Password, File List

Hey, I use subsonic every day, but a couple feature requests:

1) I listen to a 3+ hour podcast every day (it's the uncensored version of the lex and terry radio show) and in order to get the uncensored version, you have to pay to be a member on their website. As it is, I can't add their podcast to subsonic because there's no way to enter a username/password. Here's a link to their website: http://www.lexandterry.com/

2) Is there a way to see a file list? For example, if I want to download an old episode for my wife to listen to, I only see how to view the last 5/10 or whatever it is I chose to download. Is there a way to get a "old/listened to" list?
