where is mac's index.jsp?
subsonic\jetty\xxxx\webapp\web-inf\jsp\index.jsp not exist.

I'm on OSX 10.6 and mine is found in /Library/Application\ Support/Subsonic/jetty/[[[BUILD_NUMBER]]]/webapp/WEB-INF/jsp/index.jsp
