[android app] [SOLVED] Browsing directories timeout

When I am browsing my server I am experiencing that if I enter a large directory, the android client will give up after 10-15 seconds (or so). Upon the second retry it will give up again. If I am lucky, it manages to download the whole directory list the 3rd or 4th time. Only sometimes.
An obvious workaround:
Sometimes it never does manage to browse the large directory, and I have to search for the album instead of browsing my way there. This is fine, but it defeats the purpose of actual browsing.
I am hoping there could be a setting or some way of making the android app not give up like that.
