I've been using Subsonic for almost 2 years and it's just about perfect - except it doesn't track play stats (last played, number of plays, etc) particularly well. For one thing, the play stats that are kept are based on tracks being DOWNLOADED to my device, not actually played. Also, they're not all that easy to view and seem to be kept on an album basis as opposed to a track-by-track basis. Are there any plans to expand this capability to keep play stats for each track based on when the trackis actually played on the device (specifically an Android phone in my case but also from the web client)?

I'd recommend scrobbling your listened tracks to last.fm and get your stats from there. There's built in functionality to do that.

Yeah, that might work but I'm doing things piece-meal at the moment. I'd rather have an all-in-one solution.
