AVSub now supports Apple Watch and CarPlay

Hi all,

the 2 most recent releases of AVSub have added more feature support for CarPlay and the ability to sync Subsonic playlists to Apple Watch.

The Apple Watch feature is great if you want to exercise with music without having to take your phone with you, which is a pain in the arse/ass if you're a runner! This is exactly why I added this feature (plus the watch is cool!).

CarPlay and Apple Watch features are part of the standard app and not in-app purchases.

Any feedback gratefully received.
