Live TV streaming through Silicon Dust HD Home Run

It took a bit of time but my son has finally cracked the nut of live TV streaming on Subsonic from the Silicon Dust HDHR network TV tuner.

Instructions are posted in the link above. It currently has been tested and works on ver. 4.8 and 4.9 but it does not work on the 5.0 beta version. We are investigating why it doesn't work on 5.0, but it looks like the JW Player in 5.0 may be set up a bit differently.

I'll update if we get it to work on 5.0, but for now 4.8 and 4.9 work fine.

This is outstanding work! I haven't tested streaming from outside my home network yet, but streaming internally has been great with no skipping and clear audio.
