SubFire 0.9.8 has been submitted to the Amazon app store, and hopefully should be approved with no issues. This adds the albums query and grid that has been on Chrome's version since 0.9.7, along with improved remote control navigation.

For Chrome and the web, 0.9.8 adds notifications.

For both platforms, it adds persistence of the top-level settings. If you close the app in the Albums view, it will restore it on restart, along with the last query, the music folder, and the ID3 setting.

The next 0.9.9 release will try to improve the grid layout on Chrome and fix a few bugs that show up only on Chrome when the window is > 1440 pixels wide.

Bug fixes and refinements, color changes (title bar changes to match the artwork!), plus the ability to load and save the play queue (on 5.2 servers). Available now for Chrome and the Web, submitted for Amazon's Fire.

0.9.9.3 posted to Chrome, fixing layout issues with the albums grid when in portrait mode, and in browser on mobile, doesn't cut the music off when the user switches apps or turns off the screen. No significant changes to the Fire.
