Good job!
Were you able to implement it using the existing theme support in Subsonic, or did you have to hack anything?
Like I said before, I would love to include this theme in the official release.

Just used the existing theme support in subsonic so you could include it in the official release.

Don,
Mind making your efforts publically available with some 'which files go where' instructions? Sindre might even start a new Theme topic in the Forum Index, for future user theme additions(..?), while we're waiting for more default themes to be added to the official releases.

After the inspirational work by Don here, I started meddling with the themes structure myself. I wanted i simpler, 'cleaner' theme and ended up with this:
All comments appreciated.

Dan,
I like the clean look of your theme (in particular the sleek and consistent icons), and would love to add it to the official release if you're willing to share.
Just one friendly remark: I think the headphones graphics is too dominating. Maybe it would be better if it is made semi-transparent or something?

I need to modify some padding to prevent move by bold hovers and I'll consider toning down the graphics a tad.
I'll post back when I'm done.

Good. We can always add some "id" or "class" attributes to the HTML in the JSPs so that it can be further customized by CSS.

It seems there is no way to prevent bold hovers from moving nearby elements. I've therefore reverted to other mouseover effects to eliminate the need for changes in the markup. It seems I'm done though.. more or less.
It's now zipped up and ready for distribution.
