SubFire 1.4.3 - Chrome App fix

Chromium and Chrome 48 (just released this week) changed yet again how Chrome Apps deal with window.history, and thus, broke the app. Thanks to a chromebook customer reporting the app not working on a developer channel release, I got a little bit of a head start in finding an environment that would trigger it to happen so I could adapt around it.

The patch was submitted to the Chrome Web Store just now, and should roll out within the hour.

An update, 1.4.3.1, has rolled out. This has a few bug fixes:

Highlighting certain buttons on the Fire TV: some buttons weren't zooming correctly, particularly in 720p screens.

On Firefox-Android, the notifications now work, and I've made them "permanent" so you can click one to get back to the player. It isn't quite as correct as the native android app's behavior, but it is a little something.

It also avoids re-loading an artists's albums when you 'back' to that screen from the player.
