Subsonic and Video Streaming for version 4.1

I have read all of the posts about streaming video but they have been quite outdated. I am now running version 4.1 and most of the javascript file examples look nothing like the files I have....even filenames and locations are different.

Can someone please post a new tutorial / post / wiki on how to do this?
