PMP Syncing

Postby gsibble » Fri May 04, 2012 7:00 pm

Hello everyone! I'm a huge Subsonic fan but I have an issue. I don't like using my Android for listening since the DAC and headphone amp are terrible. I generally use my Cowon iAudio 10 instead. However, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to sync my playlists from Subsonic. Right now, every time I want to sync, I have to redownload the playlist, extract it, and copy it to the device. This gets tedious.

As an engineer, I'm thinking about making an application that would handle this for me. Would anyone be interested? Let me know. Thanks!

WinAMP does synching [look for it in the Media Library]. As well as DoubleTwist. I would probably try them both.

I used to own a Cowon iAudio 9 player as well. It was a frigging awesome mp3 player. Played FLAC, OGG, double audio outputs, voice recorder and a blue-led backlit display which was large and it accepted AAA batteries. That was the last player I ever owned before the cellphones took over. It broke, the main function button fell out, and the distributor stopped selling Cowon, so I only got my money back. I think they gave up on everything else than those silly iPods and iPhones.
