Music stored on NAS device, can't access.

Postby stephenconnolly » Mon Feb 20, 2012 9:13 pm

Hello,

I have all my music stored on a NAS device. The address to the music looks like this:

smb://192.168.1.13/share/music

But I keep getting an error message: 'No media folders found. Please change the settings'.

How do I access my music stored on a NAS device.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
Stephen

Problem solved, I just had to mount the NAS drive as specified here:

I'm having this same problem on a windows machine.
I don't understand the link you posted.
Any more direction you can give me?

On Windows you have to modify the service permissions to access the share. Instructions are in the Tutorial section.
