128 kbps mp3 Podcasts Showing as One Second Long

I have a problem with only some of my podcasts. They show a length of one second, and I can't fast forward or rewind in them. Other than that, they play correctly.

To get mp3's to play, I am using this transcoding: ffmpeg -f mp3 -i %s -ab %bk -v 0 -f mp3 -

Anyone else see this?
