Downloading individual files in Subsonic 5.0

Hoping someone has some thoughts on this...

I (as admin of my subsonic) can go into a folder and checkmark the individual file I want, scroll to the bottom and select "download" from the dropdown menu. No problems. A user I added says that this process result in her computer trying to download the whole folder. My server is on OS X and so is my client computer I test on. Hers is Windows. Any other info needed just ask.
