Build error r4608

Hopefully this is a supported request...

I checked out r4608 this morning and attempted to compile but am faced with an error. All previous check outs have compiled fine which suggest my build env is correct and maybe something with this revision isn't. Let me know if I should attache a specific surefire report, for now the console error output is shown below

For now I disabled the test. Anyone with a better solution?
