Old folder structure

Postby BloodyIron » Mon May 02, 2016 6:10 pm

I just upgraded to Subsonic 6, and I now see EVERY SINGLE FOLDER THAT IS IN MY MEDIA.

I have organized my media very carefully into folders and subfolders, etc. I want to see it structured like that, but I can't figure out how to switch back to something similar to what it was like prior to Subsonic 6.

Please advise?

Looks like hitting "Index" along the top bar is a pretty close approximation to what I was looking for :)

Also, in "Settings" -> "Personal". There's a checkbox for "Show index in left sidebar", which seems to also give me EXACTLY what I wanted! I'm glad this is a togglable setting :)

well, thank god! The new UI is a story. Thank you for identifying that I can get it (mostly) back to something manageable.
I have a huge media library and the new ui just makes it totally untenable.

non-admin users are screwed... they are stuck with the new ui.
non-admins should be able to revert away from the ui.

Maybe the admins could set it on their behalf? But I do see that they should be able to help themselves too...
