newbie need help !

I am at a loss with setting up the subsonic synology nas app
I have all my music setup and album art all shown fine
but my movies(blueray and dvd ,mostly mkv's) will not play or transcode
and no movie info will shows ,just a bunch of colored boxes
I tried defaulting it ,removing it and reinstalling it,no luck
here are the errors I'm getting

I gave read/write permissions to subsonic and my user to the media and music folders as well
