Videos show as un-clickable

I have had Subsonic for over a year on a Windows 10 machine and it has been running fine, but i recently purchased a Synology NAS and installed Subsonic on it. I imported all of my media, and my music files are fine, but my movies are showing as un-clickable items.
They do not show at all in thumbnail view, only in index mode, and i am not able to play them.
My Windows PC was running 6.1.4, and the NAS installer was for 6.1.3. But when my PC was 6.1.3. I had no issues.

Also both are base installs, no additional trans-coders on either Windows or NAS.
