Remote access to Subsonic Server

In my area, the only viable internet access is via cellular. Unfortunately, I cannot access my Subsonic server remotely due to not having a public IP address. Currently, I use ngrok to get around this problem. I am a Premium licensed user and was wondering if Subsonic could somehow be used in place of ngrok? I know, currently this is not a feature supported and I really have no idea what would be involved in getting a feature like that implemented. I would consider paying for this if the cost is not too much.
