Has anyone heard any news? I just set up madsonic but its overkill for what i need and Id really not rejig my library for their formats. It would be great if Subsonic could get this working again.

Sorry, something changed in the Chromecast libraries and it stopped working in Subsonic.
I have a 6.1 bugfix version coming up where this is fixed.

Yay! This is by far my most missed feature. It wasn't just subsonic - a lot of different websites stopped working. You could tell via the browser control that they changed how the chromecast protocol worked.
