Thanks for the help. I am still working on it to see if swapping out the player will work. #.7 works great for audio on my WHS, but I have not tested the external program streaming yet. Not really sure how to go about that.

What is the difference between 3.6 and 3.7? And I wonder how much longer it'll be till 3.8 is out, cause that may be the cream of the crop!

I'm going to keep on trying till I figure out what the deal is or 3.8 comes out, no biggy if I don't get the video working, but it would be really nice.

EDIT: I just tried the external playlist and VLC tells me that is cannot open the stream, and it is a big huge long stream code ending with MP3. I remember seeing some posts on this and will take a look at them, but if anyone can just tell me right here that would be great. Never mind my work network wont allow the stream, but it works from my other PC that has internet through a normal provider. Work blocks everything!

Yeah I know the feeling, my high school did the same. Luckly the University has a dont care policy. I'm happy its working for you, 3.8 has some nice feature if you look at sindres TODO.txt on sourceforge it can give you an idea of what is left to do. The link to see it is:

That is a hefty list he has there. Looks like he added video to the mix as well!! but it does look like a long ways to go, and if he gets it all in there and it works 90% then I just might donate, cause this would be awesome!!!

I have searched the subsonic forums a lot for the past few days to see if i can find a solution to the video playback abilities of subsonic, but with no luck so far.
