Sorry I haven't posted an update in a while, I've been pretty busy recently but rest assured that this is still in development and will hopefully see an alpha testing release relatively soon. I have server browsing and downloading working, but the app currently crashes way too often for it to be usable even as an alpha; it turns out Android UI development is fairly complicated, but it's coming along nicely and gradually getting more stable as I get more familiar with the SDK. Also, despite what I said in the first post, I'm actually going to start working on a music player component next - would anyone be interested in an alpha release that only supports downloading, or should I just hold off until the music player code is in place? I'm not making any promises with regards to ETAs, but I think I'll have the browsing/downloading functionality in a reliably usable state by the end of the month at the latest unless I hit any more significant issues.
