Network Access Issue

Need help in figuring this out. I have Subsonic running on a MS 2008 server on port 70. At work, on every computer, I can access Subsonic using either IP:70 or name.subsonic.org. But on one computer at work, I cannot access Subsonic. On this computer I can access IP:80 fine (thats where my Uniform Server is running), and I checked open ports access and IP:70 shows as open. I can also access my home router from this computer. No other websites are blocked from this computer. Any suggestions?

Does the malfunctioning computer have the same network mask and default gateway settings?

The gateway is different:
Working:
255.255.255.0
10.42.8.1
Not working:
255.255.255.0
10.42.249.1
I can access my ip from non working on :80 and :8080. Subsonic is on :70, does not work. Changed subsonic to :7000, also didnt work. Checked port open from non working PC - port :70 is open.

I cannot ping my home server, but I can access the server
http://xx.xx.xx.xx:80 fine.
