Subsonic Forum

Hi all,
Anyone know much about smart tv's?
I was wondering if there was anyway to get subsonic installed on my new LG tv. It has a web browser and full internet access but does not allow downloading of files.
It does however support USB hard drives so wondered if installing onto a USB stick might work.
Any thoughts on how I would find out what the operating system is that the tv runs on?
Thoughts people?

Id kinda like to know the same, we have you tube, netflix, hulu apps on our tv's is it possible to get a subsonic app?

I'm guessing to do this would require someone to create a new custom rom for each and every tv which we would have to install & I for one don't fancy the chance of bricking my thousand pound tv.
I am hoping however that someone will show us that subsonic can be run from a usb stick as most networked tv's support usb harddrives.
