Is "Reverse Jukebox" possible (control what client plays) ?

So I just found out about the Jukebox mode today which is great to play music on my server using my iPhone as a remote control, but that made me wonder if it was possibly to use an old laptop, hook it up to speakers, launch the browser (or an app?), connect to the server and then remote control what gets played on it? Is that already possible or coming in the future ? Thanks!

This might not be quite as slick as what you are picturing but you could control the laptop from your phone/tablet using a vnc or remote desktop client.
