Weird WTV file issue..... HELP!

I have a weird issue with some WTV files not showing up in subsonic.... It just happens to be all of the movies i ripped in wtv format... My recorded TV files show up in subsonic, my MKV ripped movies (just recently started ripping in mkv uncompressed) but my uncompressed wtv movie rips dont show up... yet they play fine... any ideas?

after trying to figure out whats going on... i noticed the WTV's that are not showing up in subsonic, all have windows properties length of 00:00:00 and no thumbnail image in windows folder view. Yet these show up in Win Med Center fine, and play fine. Other than fixing the wtv file, is there code in subsonic that ignores files with no length? even though its a 7 gig file? Where is this code, can you give me input to change it to file size instead? as for fixing the wtv file is there any easy way to do this without recoding whole movie (takes too long)?
