i noticed when i play one of my movies via the main site it defaults to 1000 kbps but if i share that same movie via the share buttons (face book etc.) it streams at 3000-4000. Is there a place for me to set the shared media max bitrate?
Thanks

No, there is not a place to set the maximum bitrate of shared videos.

I have the same issue. I understand there is no place to set the maximum bitrate, but that seems contrary to several options in the menus.
For example, the HTTP Live Streaming command lists the following:
ffmpeg -ss %o -t %d -i %s -async 1 -b %bk -s %wx%h -ar 44100 -ac 2 -v 0 -f mpegts -vcodec libx264 -preset superfast -acodec libmp3lame -threads 0 -
The text below it says:
(%s = The file to be transcoded, %b = Max bitrate of the player, %t = Title, %a = Artist, %l = Album)
Ok, so what sets %b or %bk? The players list has options for bandwidth going up to 320Kbps. Changing this seems to have no impact.
What is going on here?
Thanks,
Marty
