Have subs installed on linux server, using ipad(client)free?

Took me awhile to find a perfect solution on ipad, I hate itunes convulted mess. I'm using subsonic on my linux server, and using an ipad client (isub) to stream my music. I've read your premium TOS, apparently when my trial ends it only affects users who streams on mobile phones/personal API access. So in other words I can enjoy my free subsonic linux server and ipad streaming capabilities right?
