can subsonic handle a free internet radio service?

Hello guys
Im interested of building a free internet radio service,
And I have few questions about subsonic.
1. Does subsonic media server suites for this purpose?
2. Is premium license valid for this kind of use also?
3. does this server can handle mase distribution like 10,000 separate streams?
or is there other way of doing it and I miss something?

Subsonic is not a radio service. It is a serivce where 1 or more users and browse massive music collections. It has some extras like being able to listen to a live stream, but it is not a broadcast server like Shoutcast.

It appears so. I have never used it personally, but reading their website makes it seem much more likely that is the type of thing you are looking for.
