Subsonic 5.0

Is there any betas for 5.0? subsonic is about due for a new version. I think its the best money I spent because it works all most flawless for 3 years now.

yep, would also like to know if a new release is in work, what is planned etc!
generally i think sth like a 'roadmap' would be a great thing. along the lines: 2014 - v5.0 with new features xyz, 2015 - work on v6 starts with planned xyz... would allow users to chime in on the point, instead of voicing many wishes and allowing dev(s) to consider the stuff.
i am generally pretty happy with 4.9, some rough edges remain. while i really have to applaud the genre search, finally realized in 4.9, for huge collections search features could poss be refined in next release. right now i am on my main server still on 4.8, due to a little prob of a missing 4.9 plugin for unraid. but assuming also 4.9 is still working with the not really fast and optimal jetty db, maybe a change to sql or sth along that lines would help to improve handling of big collections?

Nice find, I forgot all about that. Would be nice to know what was updated and what to look for as far as testing.
