Upload -> Incomming

a simple question : how do I move the uploaded files from the incomming Folder to the "right" one i.e. the Folder of a certain artist. Is there a way to do this from the webinterface ?
Or only possible direct on the server / computer via any kind of file manager ? i.e. MC
