Subsonic Forum

Hi,
I am using version 5.0 on Windows 7 pro. My music is fine but the video files no longer have a play button by the file names. I am therefore unable to play the videos in the web browser have tired IE, Chrome and Firefox .... Not real sure what changed. Everything worked last week but today no go. I checked the user account and its all enabled for playing media. This problem exists under 5.0 and 4.9 for me. I have not tried to install any version older then 4.9

Are you behind a reverse proxy?

I am not behind a reverse proxy that I am aware of.

I installed 4.8 and still no go on video but I did notice the subsonic premium link appear. I wonder if the program no longer recognizes my registered status. OR if those how paid the nominal fee some years ago now need to "upgrade" to premium to keep the same function.
